The Historic Webster House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. One night's advance payment is required to guarantee reservation. The advance payment will be applied to last night of reservation. Rates are based on double occupancy, we are sorry that we cannot accommodate more than two to any room. 72 hour Cancellation Policy (Excluding Holidays and Special Events). Advance payments will be refunded (minus $35 service charge, plus any applicable credit card fees) for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations of less than 72 hours would result in converting your one night advance payment to a gift certificate of equal value. Gift certificates are good for one year from date of issue. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Rates are based upon double occupancy. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Shared Private Parking: There is limited parking next to the house, if full please park at the Van Buren entrance or in the church parking lot to the east. The Historic Webster House is a non-smoking property. No Pets. Well behaved children 12 and older are welcome, in the company of thoughtful parents. Please call to make arrangements. |
