The City of Bay City has given the Historic Webster House its Best Lighting Award in the business category for the 2011 holiday season. Webster House owner Steven Ingersoll was at a recent City Commission meeting, where he received the award and a gift basket from 2nd Ward Commissioner Elizabeth Peters.
