Webster's 'Select Registry' Designation an Exclusive Honor |
|
The Historic Webster House has been named a Select Registry Distinguished Inn of North America — a designation that is bestowed upon only the best of the best inns.
"A recent Internet directory identified over 20,000 country inns and B&Bs in the United States and Canada. Only a select few are members of the Select Registry," according to the Select Registry, a collection of North America's most distinctive inns. "No other online directory or organization of innkeepers has a comparable inspection program."
Select Registry sends in independent inspectors to experience and review each of its nearly 400 inns.
"The inspectors arrive anonymously, spend the night, and evaluate the inn based on a detailed point system, which translates into a pass/fail grade for the inn," the Select Registry website states.
